Our technician Kwame called on the way; showed up and cleaned all 5 rooms within the booking window (less than 1 hour total). On the walkthrough he pointed out a few areas needing spot treatment as the previous residents had a few tough-to-remove pet stains/odors/cleaning residue that didn’t come out with the previous professional carpet cleaning service before our move in. An excellent job was done on my carpet cleaning. No residue or mess was left behind. The technician showed up on time and he was very receptive and friendly and thorough.

Great job by the technician on carpet. We had scheduled to clean tile floors too...the price went up $100 when they arrived. Get quote in writing before scheduling!

Susie, I'm very sorry the pricing changed for the tile. When scheduling on the phone our CSR's try to give you the best possible estimate. Unfortunately on the phone it is sight unseen. We Try to be as informative as possible that if the room sizes Provided are different once we arrive that pricing could change. I'm very sorry that our price estimate was not more accurate. I'm glad the technician did a good job for you!
Oh so wonderful what Landon did..Carpets look brand new.... couch and chairs also look new. He was a super nice and knowledgeable guy...will call again for him when its time....thanks so much!!!
