Our technician Mike did a superlative job both on our carpet and on the furniture we had cleaned. Everything looks fabulous! Mike was engaging, professional, thorough and very efficient. He handled all of our concerns and questions most knowledgeably and graciously. He completed our cleaning in a very timely, careful, and comprehensive manner. Kudos to Mike and Zerorez!!

Having people you don’t know in your home can be uncomfortable, but Ray Smith and his work partner at Zerorez made the process fun and did a great job on my couch and carpets. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased with the service Caleb provided. He suggested what to use on old carpet and removed most of the ground in traffic dirt. He was very nice and professional. The were a little late on arrival, other than that the results were very good.
