Zerorez technician, Derek, did a great job! He called to let me know he was on the way, he came within the timeframe they gave me, he put shoe covers on his shoes, surveyed the areas to be cleaned, explained what he would do, and cleaned the carpets beautifully. Would I use Zerorez again - absolutely.
