Our tech was excellent. He introduced himself. Explained every step how he would inspect the carpet beforehand, explained each step after the inspection, explained how long it will take to dry. Told us to be careful when moving from one surface to another. Carpet was cleaned and smelled good. Awesome, Awesome job.
Fabulous service today! Freddy took great care of our home and went over all our concerns and problem areas. I was so impressed with the job he did I had them go ahead and take care of my sofa also. Highly recommended and ask for Freddy!
I was not satisfied with the end results. There was no pretreatment for spots on carpet, area rugs not chair. I expected more because of the advertisement by Melissa Wade.Probably would not use again nor recommend to others. I would like to update my review for zerorez, Freddie came out 12:00 noon today and recleaned everything that was cleaned previously. He did a fantastic job, he thoroughly cleaned my chair, rugs etc. He was very carful not to spill water 💦 on the bare floors. Thanks Zerorez for standing by your customer... read more
