The technicians were friendly, efficient, knowledge and professional. They cleaned the filthy carpets and recommended additional services which were good values. Overall it was a great experience.
My techs were excellent and early which was awesome for me. They explained every step how they would inspect the carpet beforehand, explained each step after the inspection, explained how long it will take to dry. Told me to be careful when moving from one surface to another. Carpet was cleaned and smelled good. Awesome, Awesome job. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing clean carpets. My carpet looks new !
Have used zerorez 3 times now and they do an excellent job. Each technician has gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. This last trip we needed really deep cleaning for cat urine smell and stains. I can’t even tell we have cats after he was done. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
