Very fast, thorough and courteous.
I am extremely happy with the results from ZeroRez today. Our tech was here within the time frame and even gave a courtesy call 30 min prior to his arrival. We had 3 bedrooms cleaned which had some pretty tough spots, some had been there a while. Almost all of them came out and the carpets look and smell fresh. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you!
