I was looking for a company to clean the carpets in my spare bedroom in preparation for my baby’s arrival. My sister recommended ZeroRez and I was extremely happy with the tech who came out, Ray. He went above and beyond the services we thought we were receiving. He cleaned our stairs and hallway, and also treated the carpet to prevent against breakdown and stains. It looks fantasistic, smells great, and there is no evidence that a cat was ever in that room!
RecommendedKwame was our service guy... very nice and explained everything... carpets look great... pet stains appear to be gone.
The technician was very pleasant and did an outstanding job on my floors.
They showed up during the scheduled time frame and called when they were 30 minutes out. This is the 4th time I have used them and again all the stains came out of the carpets. This time I also had furniture cleaned and the furniture came out great. I foster puppies for a local rescue group and you can imagine the stuff they deposit on carpets. It all came out! I highly recommend them.
We had the air ducts cleaned after our move in. The process is very thorough and the interior air seems fresh and clean. The technicians, Fred and Scott, we're on time, friendly and professional.

I came back home to a clean smelling good house. Of course I had some stains that couldn’t be removed. I’m ok with that. Carlos did an awesome job. Me & Hubby are very pleased!! My carpet in about 12 years old. Shout out to Carlos & Zerorez Crew. Did, I mention he arrive way before scheduled time. Now, that part speaks enough right there. Didn’t have us waiting all day.
