RecommendedJamie did a wonderful job at our home today! We had carpet, rug, a sofa and chair cleaned. He was very thorough and managed to get our sofa looking brand new after taking a beating by our dog. Exceeded expectations and would definitely use ZeroRez again.
Just had it done for the first time today. I really haven’t had enough time to evaluate results. The man that did the work seemed personable and told me that this finish he did was guaranteed. Just hope it is good.
I called and had an appointment within 15 minutes. They were Very kind and courteous....i will definitely use them again!
Everything was fine. Associates were prompt, explained everything, very courteous, efficient, worked quickly, house was neat after their work, carpets felt and smelled wonderful. Most allergens are gone. Would happily call them again.

This is the second time that Zerorez has cleaned our carpets. Freddy is always on time and with a smile on his face. He did a wonderful job on our carpets and I had a chase lounge that I didn’t know would be able to get clean. Freddy made it look like new I am just so pleased with my experience.
I rate my whole experience with Zerorez a 10, only complaint tile and grout machine does not get corners and behind toilets.
