You were hours late. Both days (I rescheduled after delay on first day). Tech called first day a couple times with last estimate 1.5 hours after 5 hour arrival window (12 to 5). Main office NEVER called with update. I don't blame the tech but rather Zerorez management for their lack of customer service.
Tech was respectful & timely. His customer service was a 10. However.... Unsatisfied with rug cleaning; cost was immediately removed with a smile. Great customer service...results were not as expected.

I had ZEROREZ come out and clean our carpets. We had added a dog to the family and the carpets really needed cleaning. When the tech was finished carpets looked like new again. I was very impressed with the quick and very reasonable priced service. I will definitely have them back out again.
