I had an amazing technician today. He went over everything he saw before he started and let me know ahead of time how much the extras were going to be!
They did an amazing job! I thought we were going to need to get brand new carpet, but it looks like new after they cleaned it! I vacuum all the time because of our 2 dogs, and they still pulled out clumps of hair... so gross!

Great job! My carpet looks so much better! Only thing bad I can say is that there was water on my hardwoods where it met the carpet. Didn’t notice it until later or I would have pointed it out.
