Ray Smith is consummate professional. He arrived at my home as the last stop of a very busy day to find a very challenging array of carpet stains from my dog and cat. Nonetheless, he paused to explain exactly what he would be doing, and then took his time to make sure he did a very thorough job. And the results show it. As I like to say: Like it never even happened. Before and after photos included.
Prompt, very considerate regarding children in the home getting ready for school. Carpet looked much better and areas showing signs of wear were pointed out. Will definitely use them again and will request Freddy Cruz.
