Joel (our service guy) contacted us as promised 20-30 minutes before he arrived. Joel was prompt, polite, and professional. He suggested an extra service (but without any high pressure sales tactics) that would help eliminate pet odor. He was personable, well-groomed, and knowledgeable about the services Zerorez has to offer. We have used them before, and will continue. Great service, great value, we highly recommend this company. Carpets are sopping 9 hours later in many places-- using fans and heater in each room. So disappointed with cleaning. I regret he talked me into two additional rooms and the carpet protector.
