He suggested an extra service (but without any high pressure sales tactics) that would help eliminate pet odor. He was personable, well-groomed, and knowledgeable about the services Zerorez has to offer. We have used them before, and will continue. Great service, great value, we highly recommend this company. Carpets are sopping 9 hours later in many places-- using fans and heater in each room. So disappointed with cleaning. I regret he talked me into two additional rooms and the carpet protector.
