Scam, frankly. Be prepared for a tech to come out and inspect every room with a UV light, then claim a $150 up-charge if the light reveals "biological fluids" in your carpet. Good luck not having biological residue in your house if you live there... Their claim is that bacteria will be "pulled to the surface" by the treatment and start to smell. This is the second time my family has used zerorez for our upstairs and high traffic carpets.
