I am beyond satisfied with Zerorez! Joel is awesome and his costumer service and kindness far exceeded our expectations. Our carpets were so dirty from a previous owner in addition to our two pups and Joel got every stain, every drop of paint and dirt up from our carpet! Called for the 3 room 89.95 special plus I added a hallway. Call center person said it would be an extra 75 bc I had a dog and throw up from kids. After I hesitated, she reassured me that 75 was the max charge and the technician may adjust down if it's not that bad. I booked for a total of 200. When the technician came he said it's always 75 PER ROOM extra. I would have never booked if that was the case. He called his manager Jennifer. Emil was on time and efficient. Did a great job explaining his process without trying to sell me. He was conscious of his surroundings and I felt very comfortable with Emil.
