My carpet looks horrible. It’s like the 2 dirty areas were smeared all over the carpet. My carpet looks worse now than what it did before they came. ☹️ My carpet is saturated and it has been over 5 hours since the tech left. I was told it would be dry in 4 to 6 hours.
Caleb just left our home!! He was on time, professional, and super kind. He explained everything to us before he started. We upgraded from the original service. The carpet looks brand new and the house smells great. I would highly recommend this company. Worth every penny!!!
