Mike was professional and very nice. My carpets are 16 years old and they now look restored. I will use zerorez again and recommend you to others.
We’ve used Zerorez several times for both wall to wall and area rug cleaning and have been pleased every time. Today our technician called to ask if an earlier arrival was acceptable and fortunately it was! Since the area to be cleaned was clear of furniture, the cleaning time was very fast and efficient.

My carpets really were not that dirty since I do not have kids or pets but just traffic wear. However I had a horrible spot at the top of the stairs that was extremely old and I greatly appreciate it the amount of effort that the technician put into it to get the stain out. It wouldn't come completely out but it looks so much better! The technician was very friendly and professional and extremely Timely. My carpet looks great.
