Ease of scheduling appointment and availability of nearly immediate time. Sheldon was very thorough and polite during this virus time. My carpets show a tremendous improvement. I have used Zerorez for my carpets for many years here and before our move here. Carpets always look and feel great.
Erik did a fabulous job on the carpets, tile and furniture! Everything looks amazing and he was so friendly and helpful. He was hilarious as well which was nice change of pace for all that’s going on in this world today! Pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely be using them again.

Prompt service, the technician did a good job on a carpet that has some miles on it. The young man set about his business, we agreed on what services we wanted and the price, and he did the work. My wife and I are both disabled, and he was very obviously concerned for our safety and welfare on the wet carpet. This young man does ZEROREZ proud! We will use them again.
