Once again, Sheldon arrived precisely on time, started work quickly doing exactly what I asked home to do and was finished in a little over a hour. The carpet is completely clean and smells great! Good prices and nice, professional people.
The cleaner they used made the carpet dangerously slick. They decided one room was oversized and so charged extra. They paid no attention to the undersized room, just charged the same amount as larger rooms. If you charge more for oversized, why don’t you discount undersized room. They don’t move furniture like their competitors do. On the other hand, the technicians were very nice and worked quickly.They arrived early and went to work immediately.
Our service was excellent and we will always use zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs.
