I just hired your company to clean my carpets. The Zerorez Cleaning representative that came was super nice and very courteous. He asked if we were pleased with each of the areas. I did point out some dirty areas in front of where our couch and lazy boy sits as well as a spot in front of a bathroom door. He stated it was the best the cleaner system could do and that our carpet was damaged and that is why we see the “dirty” areas. I got my own Hoover steam cleaner out and went over the spots. My commercial carpet guy said that Zerorez was the best in town! I have to agree! Jon did an excellent job, and left my carpet nearly dry. If you’re looking for a great carpet cleaning company, you want find a better one than Zerorez!!! I am a very happy camper!!!!
Great customer service! I had two stains that didn’t come out. One was caused by some dirty water (which I feel like should have come out) the other was caused from pet urine. Also, the carpet still has a pet dandruff smell to it (not from the urine spot) which I also feel should have come out. Not the best but better than a self carpet cleaner. 3/5 Stars
Had our carpets done today with Austin and Seth. Both guys are so knowledgeable and personable. They went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and the carpets look good as new. I love that no harsh chemicals are used! They were speedy and thorough. I highly recommend ZeroRez!
I received excellent service from Zerorez. My family and I had recently moved into a home. The previous owners had a cat that urinated on the carpet in the master bedroom and the tile in the home was filthy. Zerorez came out to my home in a timely manner, assessed the home and made a quick diagnosis. The technician explained everything in lay terms and completed the service. I am extremely satisfied. The customer service agent and technician were very polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone.
