My carpet looks great! Came out better than expected.
The gentleman who came to my house was extremely nice. He explained everything that he was going to do. The carpets, sofa and 2 chairs look amazing!
Eric is fantastic ! He has Covid sprayed 2 houses for me. Cleaned my carpets and is doing my area rugs. Customer service awesome ! Attention to deal. And wants me to be happy with work. Highly recommend. Also will be doing duct work and my grout.
Absolutely amazing company!! Keith came in and explained everything to us, gave us options and then he and Chris cleaned our carpets and also did some extractions from the pad underneath which made a world of difference. They were able to get stains out of the carpet from our kids and the previous tenants. Our house smelled good, without the chemical smell we have had after previous cleanings from other companies. OMG, I didn't think my carpet could look new again. I am so please with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for this service.
I do have to say scheduling was easy and the tech was very informative. It looked and smelled good but this is the next day that I’m writing this and my carpets are still sopping wet!! We put fans on them last night and there still so wet that my husband is going to buy a dehumidifier because it’s so wet in there that everything is sweating.. doors and walls.. Another thing is it cost me twice what I was originally told but I had already moved out everything to be cleaned..
The technician was very professional and did a great job !
They were fast, efficient, reasonable priced, and our carpets look much better!
