Wade was our technician today and was fantastic. Very thorough look through everything. Let the customer know what needed to be done, etc. very happy with Wade and all recommend him to come back out to my house and clean our carpet. I have used them several times now and they never disappoint. The people are always so extremely kind and helpful. The smell is great but not overwhelming. The carpet dries relatively fast. Highly recommend!

Sheldon was great. He arrived on time, explained what the charge would be, pointed out what he could remove and what was permanent. He got right to work and was very professional.
