Only giving 1 star because there is an option for zero stars. Complete joke of a company. Shoddy work through and through and when issues have been raised they go ignored. Do not buy from this company!
We love our house. Buying process went smoothly, very friendly staff and the house and garden are amazing.
We brought a Zero C house a year ago. The design and idea is amazing but the overall quality is just shocking. We are at a point now where we are looking on the market for other houses as this list just keeps getting bigger. Make sure you do your research before buying one of their homes.
If I could give a zero I would which is quite ironic when it comes to their name. Do not touch with a barge pole they are a bunch of clowns and their customer service is even worse. They send contractors in to do work - fail miserably and then they don’t take responsibility for their work and even worse they try and fob you by saying that it is their fault.
Housing estate on the side of pounbury.They look quite nice. Set on a hill with nice views.
