I’ve had a lease car for two years with zen auto. Last week my right headlight became faulty and could not be fixed by the road side. This company has been incompetent and very delayed in getting my car fixed ( for which I pay a monthly maintenance premium for peace of mind). It is frankly a joke. They want the car taken to a dealership for which there is no availability till next year. I can’t be expected to drive a unsafe car till then.

**Extremely Disappointing Service – Faulty Cars with Zero Support or Refund**(continued charging us rental fee whilst car was declared not road legal) My experience with ZenAuto has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They lease out faulty vehicles and offer little to no support when issues arise. *Updated review following contact from CS team* I’ve had a lot of issues trying to get 4 safety recalls dealt with, and have been left without a working car for significant periods of time, but this has been mostly due to Audi Southend's very poor customer service. I initially struggled to get the support I needed from ZenAuto, however once Collette and Emily stepped in everything improved and things got sorted, which has been a massive relief and very much appreciated. Really dissatisfied with the car and the customer support. The car we have leased has serious safety issues and we’ve had nothing but trouble with it. I’ve tried to talk to ZenAuto customer care (George) but they are really unhelpful, don’t respond and simply don’t care. I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to get 4 safety recalls dealt with.
