Worst service i have ever experienced in my life,sloppy,guy was rude an disrespectful i paid a lot of money an worst nail job ever this was my first time an very last ..please don't wast ur money here people guy even threw his tool lol at lest my toes look good but my nails are embarrassing an was the most painful nail job iv ever experienced

I love the Zen Lounge because it is therapeutic it's my me time getaway! And I also love my stylist, Ms Lizz, friend, a the future mother-to-my kids & wife to my husband!
Beautiful staff and salon! Just the perfect spot for everything. I could go every week ,just for a shampoo from Liz. :-)

I was not impressed with this place at all. While the staff was polite they did not seem to know what they were doing (the woman who did my mothers nails told her if you want 5star service you should go to the owner.) The woman who did my mothers nails had to ask how to do gel polish, which ended up looking wavy instead of the smooth glasslike look gel polish should have, and when my mother pointed out the corners of her nails were scratchy the woman insisted it was because the nails were brittle instead of just taking a fil... read more

Have been to the Zen Lounge twice now and enjoyed being pampered. As a nurse, I'm hard on my nails. Had gel polish applied each time as suggested and haven't broken a nail since. Nails are shine and no bubbles or streaks. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I love it at Zen Lounge.. They make u feel comfortable and the talent is amazing. I feel so pretty leaving with my new and beautiful hair, nails, eye lashes. It is the only salon that reminds me somewhat of a salon in Cali which I miss sooo much.. I'm glad I found it and will never leave..
