My family and I had pedicures today at Zen. We were treated fabulously and Jay did an incredible job on my neglected feet! Jeanie Casey is an Amazing young Lady who runs an Awesome business! I will be driving the 21 miles to Zen on a regular basis! Well done Ladies!

When we first got to the lounge, it was CRAZY today for customer appreciation day and this was pretty much our first time here and we waited for a really long time. It was the worst experience ever and I expressed that to the owner Janie who ended up making things right for us and taking care of us. I appreciate her and I love how her and Jenny do hands and feet. I do recommend coming here however. Thank you Janie and we will be back since you had made our bad experience into a good one. Nikki was great too.
Went on 7/2 and got a full set and pedi. Loved it, and love going to get my nails done here, but this time when I got my full set there are bubbles everywhere and cracks underneath. Nails already wanting to lift!! Will be back for pedi but not sure about getting my nails done here anymore which is a huge bummer :/

My hair came out great like always because of my hairstylist Ms. Liz. I always go to her for a new color and she knows exactly what I need. A reliable friend and hairstylist. :)

Liz has been my stylist since I moved to Indy 6 years ago!! She is a professional at all times and takes care to provide 5 star service at all times!!
Liz is a great stylist! She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is a perfectionist with the work that she does. The Zen Lounge is clean and the staff does a great job of welcoming you and thanking you. I will definitely continue to see Liz for my hair needs. I may even try some for the other pampering services offered.
