Our experience with Matt was amazing from start to finish. We could be happier with how our bedroom carpets and stair runner have turned out. He gave us lots of option to choose from and was very knowledgeable. We would 100% recommend using Matt - lovely guy and a hard worker.
Had Zen Home Flooring did the flooring for our second floor with three bedrooms. They were very responsive - generally responding to our emails within an hour. When we called them they would be able to answer our questions immediately. The flooring looked perfect. When we asked stupid questions they answered patiently to make sure we could maintain the flooring ourselves in the future. 5/5 would recommend
