Excellent service and good price. . Really happy with how Matt fitted the hall carpet and left everything clean and tidy.
Called them last Friday and the lady who picked up seemed not interested and rushed and said she will get back to me. She didn't call back at all, to arrange a home visit because I need to install a carpet on my staircase. And I found them searching on Google and saw that they are based in Borehamwood, where I reside. Either they make too much money and are not interested in earning more or they pick and chose when and where to go. Absolutely amazing experience from zen flooring start to finish, from the moment I contacted zen fantastic customer service listened to my wishes, Matt came round to measure with samples picked there and then. They went above and beyond to get my fitting booked in before my very urgent deadline which was amazing. Also the price was amazing.
