These people sold me a car that had frame damage but upon purchase, said it had never been in an accident. Over a period of 6 months to a year, I tried refinancing my car but everyone I went to said it had been in an accident so I was denied. Contacted Zeigler with proof of accident and they told me that all they could do was offer me top dollar for the car and that was it. Who knows how much that would be. My overall experience was not the best, they don’t really care about what your budget is and try to squeeze as much as they can out of you. I know they rely on sales to get paid but they try to trick you in to signing as fast as possible without any actual information until the transaction is almost complete.

Purchased an 18 durango RT. Over all great experience. I dealt with ken, he was very straight forward. They gave me a great price on my trade in, financing was very easy and quick. Car was detailed and filled up upon my arrival. Would deffinately recommend Zeigler to friends and family.

Everything was great. Cody in service was excellent and very helpful. The cashier on the other hand must have not had a good day at all. She was not friendly at all. I know we all have bad days but when someone spends a lot of money a thank you would be greatly appreciated.
