They’re customer service was lacking and extremely rude. They really do lack professionalism. Joshua Galiher even threatened to call the police on us for their error of miscommunication to us about our free oil change, which was promised to us when we purchased our Pacifica in March of 2019. It’s a shame that we were treated that way. We are extremely disappointed. To think that we were going to purchase a pickup next month from them.
