Friendly service. Estimated wait time was right on schedule. When it was decided that my car was going to stay for service, Paul, my service writer walked me to the car in Service to get things out that I needed. Then he and the technician walked me under the car on the lift and explained to me what was wrong, and SHOWED me (even allowed me to take pictures!). The first time at this dealership I had a bad experience. I then against my better judgement I decided to use them again and all I can say is I will always use them. I don’t know what they did but their customer service is now on point, service department now treats your vehicle like their own. I really like talking to them about any concerns that I may have and they always make sure now that my concerns are taken care of. Thank you very much Zeigler!!!

PLEASE SHARE!! This might be the most disgusting dealership I've ever seen. My mom bought a 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It turns out not only was it an illegal sale but the vehicle itself was not four-wheel drive despite having paperwork and a glued on 4x4 decal saying so. When the issue was discussed at an alternate dealership they were appalled and literally said this is one of the “shadiest” deals they have ever seen. My 3.4 year old car has 36,000 miles on it and is JUST out of warranty. I brought it in June , under warranty, to have a broken turn signal fixed and they could not replicate the problem. When I brought it in yesterday, warranty expired, they miraculously could replicate the problem and would fix it for $150!!! And told me my radiator was leaking and would cost $1000 to fix! Guess what...it’s not leaking at all! Not a drop. They are a bunch of scam artists and I will never bring a car back to them.

the service department went above and beyond to take care of me. they tried to fix my radio as best as they could without me having an appointment for that specialty work. when they were not successful they went the next step to replace my radio. very happy with the service provided.
