I have had several issues just getting a simple oil change which is mind blowing to me due to the fact that old fashioned customer service is not hard to do. The oil change before this one I went in to drop my car off and it took them awhile to get a transport for me to be taken to work which is down the street so I had to leave without dropping my car off just to get to work on time. They were very nice and really quick with needed repairs. They were happy to explain everything to me. I tried to have issues corrected at a dealership closer to my home but they “dropped the ball”. Ziegler is where I purchased my vehicle and I will continue to bring it to them for service. They were great.

What an awesome car buying experience at Zeigler. Salesman Josh was excellent from our first handsake to the signing of our documents.
