After being told approved for financing over the phone and pressured to show up same day for an appointment to see cars cause the offer is going to expire at the end of the week. Waiting an hour for them to run a new credit application to be told that they won’t approve it and that the guy on the phone is supposed to say whatever necessary to get you in the door. Waste of time for lying scheming. Which I would have looked at the reviews here first unethical business practices.

One of my good friends just bought a brand new car!!! Not only was she lied to, but the girl in charge of the social media account told sales reps that she was going to hide her review so she wouldn’t have to explain the negative review to the general manager! This was a very simple fix, my friend didn’t demand they purchase a compatible phone, but asked what could be done to remedy the situation and NOTHING was offered for the lies and wasted time! dont waste your time, they will tell you anything to get you in there, string you along and lie, ask for more money down and cosigner
They have a very nice knowledgeable staff. Made the purchasing process very easy after finding the perfect vehicle for me. I'd suggest AJ to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Terrible Experience!!! I made sure I was "Pre-approved" and that the Mercedes 300C was "actually there". My sales dude asked me more personal questions about my life that had nothing to do with the car...after waiting for over 2 hours, once being told that the car was being washed and detailed, he came back and said that Chrysler Financial decided "at the Last Minute" that instead of 0 down, as advertised on ALL their vehicles for Zeiglers Big F-ing blow-out sale, that I needed to put $4,000 down!!!🤯...I was out 4.5 hours o... read more

I visited a few dealerships but had not found a great deal on what I wanted. Ziegler had multiple options to choose from. Ken was awesome and down to earth, very approachable. I felt at ease, which was important to me, during the test drive process. The jeep was clean inside and out, which is great when you are looking at a used vehicle.
