Upon arrival not a single salesman was wearing a mask, (this was mid July!) our salesman actually asked us if wearing it made us feel better! Beyond that, there were a few repairs that we asked be done if we purchased the vehicle, the salesman said ok, that we could bring it back and get a 3rd row loaner. Great. Service today really let me down!!!! Waited for parts for couple weeks, then they came in i scheduled service, told couple hour job... got to shop and they said 5 days to replace bumper??? They need to paint parts that came in??? So very disappointed, in the whole process.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment with Rami Smith, to look over some Jeep Wranglers. Right off the bat, he was not helpful at all. When I showed him the monthly lease that was offered on their website, he said this is basically an empty Jeep with nothing in it and that I’ll never be able to find any Jeep Wrangler with a monthly payment of less than $400-$500, even for an older year, even if it's used. He showed me some old Jeeps that were rusty and not in good condition. He also said something along the... read more
