Went there last Saturday to try and get a new Ram 1500. The salesmen was pleasant and I told him I was pre approved by Chrystler and didn’t not have to pull my credit again. I gave him the approval info and gave me a paper that was told it was for Chrysler Capital and wanted to make sure my info was correct with my paystub I brought in. But the payment was high and didn’t workout and left. But the next day I check my credit report and saw they hit my credit four times!!! I’m still not getting anyone to call me back. They r professional, courteous, and will do all they can to help you. Do whatever they can, their financial department will work with you. u will leave with a car. And the prices r reasonable for you, I left their last Saturday with a 2019 Elantra SD . and a car note that fit my budget. And also 0 down, thank you my Sales Manager Nicholas Watts.
