Attempted to purchase via the app and received persistent ‘payment declined’ messages only to discover the payments were deducted from my bank. Six payments for £130 were deducted. Was advised by a Zeelo rep that the app experiences technical issues so best not to use it to purchase tickets! Have also been advised that I have to wait up to 10 days to be reimbursed.
My son used Zeelo for school transport. Very efficient, friendly service, great communication too, they kept me updated on all his journeys and I was able to track the coach. Highly recommend

No accountability between zeelo and the service providers leading to poor customer experience. Turned away from a ride today for having a ticket for 20 minutes later than originally selected - which is fine, I understand that but for 2 years we have travelled without this being an issue however with 0 communications to customers they enact this rule as we're queueing to get on. Very unprofessional, avoid where at all possible
