I called Zebra to come to look at an old air con showing error message they came very quickly and equally quickly diagnosed compressor failure and suggested a new system - I asked for a quote from the engineer for repair, and a new system, and was told I would be called back but I never was. I had been given the call out charge £140 which was fine but when I got the bill I found vat not included so total bill £168.
