I have had a very good experience with this company. Needed a short term holiday let for family and the team at Zavsons were able to source a property that suited my needs. The staff have been professional and helpful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend their services.

Terrible service! Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of this agency. I paid a deposit for a commercial property that I ultimately did not lease. No contract was ever signed, and I provided sufficient notice of my change in circumstances — well within a reasonable timeframe. Despite this, my deposit has not been refunded. I visited the agent in person who did not take it upon himself to refund the money in business account but blamed the landlord.
