Really lacking any form of customer service. We spent around an hour in store buying a wide range of items, despite there being multiple staff on shift, not one person approached us to see if we wanted any help. On returning item. Team member on the till was friendly but the manager / supervisor looked on in a disapproving way with short answers and very abrupt. We spent over £1200 in store - wouldn't return for another visit.
Lovely store, bought two amazing table lights, really happy with them
Super helpful super friendly assistant. Best atmosphere. Great location and display of furniture.
