I like the shop and whilst a bit expensive the quality is good.
I can only agree with all the bad reviews I’ve read regarding customer service (lack of it) waited in queue for 15 mins, no apology, smile - when I asked the assistant if they were short staffed he shrugged & said “dunno” I am not so much as blaming these youngsters but surely training (and basic customer service skills should be given to this well known brand as letting the company down terribly, or do they not care either??? This was a very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, one of the worst I have had in a Zara store, not for the first time. The staff member- a supervisor I guess—a dark-haired woman—did not greet customers or acknowledge people approaching the counter. Her manner was dismissive and noticeably unfriendly, and the entire queue was able to witness the interaction. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism made the situation uncomfortable.
