Terrible customer service! Horrible staff. Avoid this place
I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Zara store due to the behavior of the store manager. I visited the store to return a defective item that I had purchased, expecting a straightforward and professional resolution. Unfortunately, the manager handling the situation appeared completely uninterested in addressing the issue. Lack of information on the google. Says store opens at 11:30 on Sunday morning, so I would assume all services would work. But when arrived to return and exchange till before 12, I was told this service opens at 12. I could have planned my morning different. However, there were plenty staff to help before that.
