The worst experience with the staff they were extremely rude, I was minding my own business, just looking through the clothes and checking if my size was available then one of the staff members told me, (Don’t touch the dress we don’t want it to get dirty) I was honestly shocked and immediately felt uncomfortable so I just wanted to leave the store. Management is pathetic and so is the cutomer services. Had to return an item but the manager wasnt following the due diligence and was talking as if i am asking her for her own money. Its shameful how these people treat you because of your race and colour. She snubbed me and asked me to let it be? I was one of the regular shoppers of zara but this one interaction made me realise there are far better brands than this.
My favorite store to shop at in St. David’s is Zara; this location truly understood the assignment. Obviously, I come here often, and while there will always be a few rude staff members from time to time, most of the time they’re no longer there. I remember this staff was literally eating snacks while helping me out but she’s not there anymore. I think this particular Zara does a great job of selecting its employees.
