i was in the men’s section today and ran into a very polite worker named jessica. she helped me find the correct sizes and was very helpful. she made my experience in the shop very pleasant
A worst customer service by staff in men’s department named MAGDELENA, she was finishing her shift while serving a customer the started saying loudly I’m not serving anybody else I don’t work for free so I’m not serving any more customers!!!total disgusting behaviour!! Unprofessional staff who don’t even smile.they have no staff to serve customers, the store looks a mess and most of the staff on the shop floor are very arrogant.
