We had a very large wasps nest under the floorboards which was causing the wood to warp from the moisture in the nest. Paul came really quickly and zapped it and removed it 2 weeks later when all the wasps had died. Super efficient, friendly and well priced. We now have him on speed-dial. Thanks Paul!
Rang ‘Zap’ as I had a wasp nest. Paul was really helpful, came the next day. Also said if still a problem in a week he’d come back as the work is guaranteed. He did not need to come back. All wasps gone. Great service and a great price.

Was provided through our letting agency after a rat got into the property we rent. Fitted us in the next day to look at the issue, put me at ease with his knowledge as I have a rat phobia and was always contactable on the phone.
