This was my second trip to Zahav. I just love everything about this restaurant. Just extraordinary food. Beautiful place, great service and awesome food! Chef Solomonov stopped by the table to say hello and was a very very nice person! Also Chef's other restaurant, Abe Fisher's, is also outstanding.
Thank you for such an amazing meal last night! From start to finish everything was fantastic! Brenden was a fabulous server and took great care of us! Thank you also for the extra treats from the kitchen and for introducing me to the best Rose in town! As always I am continually impressed with the innovative and interesting changes to the menu! Has a fantastic dinner. We chose to let the Chefs prepare as they may... The service, the food, the atmosphere were all top notch.
We were at Zahav during Lamb Shack and not only was this the best meal I've had in Philly (and we've been to a ton of the highest rated places) the waitstaff were amazing. They were like restaurant ninjas, always there when you needed something but never in the way or really noticed at all. The meal itself was sublime with a perfect wine pairing. I could eat the hummus, sweetbreads, and lamb every day and never tire of it! Can't wait to return.
Just perfect. From start to finish. We went during the lamb special in February. The service and food were impeccable. It was my birthday and everyone in the staff said happy birthday to me. It was truly a delightful experience!
