Hospitality over the top! Hummus to die for; fab mixologist!
Incredible meal with layers and layers of flavor. We got the tasting menu and loved every single course. The service is attentive without being intrusive. Loved it and can't wait to go back!
One of the absolute best dining experiences in the city. The variety of flavors and the detail that goes into each item is extraordinary. Top off some of the best food you ever had with impeccable and friendly service and you have an evening that is simply wonderful. We strongly recommend getting the cookbook- after having several dishes we are redoubling our efforts to pull off home-cooked versions of several of the mezze and salads. Okay seriously! I cannot rave enough about the spectacular experience we had tonight. The food was hands down some of the most delicious things we have ever eaten! The family style basis is great and we ate ourselves until oblivion...and then we had the main course plus dessert! The ambiance and service were beyond five stars. I was there a couple of years ago and I was so impressed that today I got my Zahav Book in my home country Spain and I will be cooking those recipes until I can come back!
Thank you for a wonderful evening my husband and I celebrate our 40 wedding anniversary. The food was amazing the staff and the atmosphere were great, can't wait to be back.
By far one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff and atmosphere were just as great as the food. I definitely recommend the tasting menu. Small plates but with the amount of options they give, you'll definitely leave feeling satisfied. A little on the pricey side but very well worth it. I'll be back for sure!
Our entire meal was incredible. We were lucky enough to get seats at the bar and Chris, our bartender, treated us like guests in his house. Cannot say enough great things about both food and service. The hummus. The fried cauliflower. The duck hearts. I could go on. Next time we are in Philadelphia, Zahav will be our very first stop. Thank you!
