Terrible service at Z Glendene. The young female staff member was rude and shouted at me instead of serving my coffee. When I said I would complain, she arrogantly replied that she was the manager and did not care. She and her colleagues then grouped together against me and even called the police, giving me a trespass notice. This is not the first time — that woman behaves like a dog off the leash, completely unprofessional and humiliating for customers.
Rude guy doing night shift staff after midnight on the 30th of June. Yawning while serving me and acts as if he did not want to grab the sausage roll I was after. I am not racist but this has happened to me with the Indian staff working at these counters 3 times. I have yet to see staff from other ethnicities treat their customers like this. I should’ve just gone to BP.
They sale car light bulbs, no gas bottles swap after 6pm
