Service was bad no eye contact no smiles when we were trying to get coffee and it tasted bad for a mocha and a hazelnut latte the service was rushed when theirs 3 people on shift. It's better off buying hot beverages at BP
I ordered hot matcha with raspberry flavor. He said I can't do that. What? Why can't you as long as you have the flavor? This is bullshit. I want to drink it like this, the way I like it.
Strawberry matcha was disappointing….no ice and too little strawberry syrup in my today’s order 😞
Lukewarm pies yeah nah. BP pies are piping hot especially BP Rototuna.
