Paid a certain amount in the Z app but got overcharged extra. Not acceptable.
Visited the Z station on Te Irirangi Drive and was appalled by the level of customer service. The two female staff members working were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed to lack basic conversational skills for dealing with the public. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra price for oat milk in a supposed "free coffee." This unjustified fee, combined with the incredibly poor attitude of the staff, guarantees I will never visit this location again.
