Worst staff & low grade customer service at Z Silverdale as wanted fill my truck & he doesn’t want to turn the pump on & machine on the pump was malfunctioning He doesn’t want to come out & help or never wanted to turn the pump so I can fill as I don’t know how much truck will take Other customer was in there & he was processing his misbehave too Not going there at all
Second time I have received trouble service at the Z in Silverdale and thought I would give it another go but all I can say is “Absolutely pathetic”, don’t the over head cameras alert the attendant if your number plate is suspect?I don’t even get treated like this in less affluent areas. How am I supposed to know the amount when filling up with a card? I would like the convenience of being able to pull up, fill up, pay and leave.
