Well very bad service by night staff I went for coffee and he said he’s doing cleaning he can’t server costumer I request him and he keep saying I can’t If ur staff don’t want to work please let them know we are paying money for food And his attitude is very negative and rude behaviour If ur boss can see this comment Please check the camera around 3:10am Monday morning thanks Never recommend to visit here

First time came Sandringham Shell service station to have my Range Rover wash and worst experience ever having a car wash. Dirt are still on the sides, back and top of the car. And the worse is having a spoiler attachment broken during the time Drying. Disappointment is driven my Car from home still intact and coming back home from the service station with the red tape surrounding the top and sides of the attachment to prevent incident driving home. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THIS SHELL SERVICE STATION.

Called in for the first time this morning(Saturday 18th October). The young man at the counter who served me was so polite, so professional, so well spoken, so friendly and just overall so lovely. When I went back into the shop, somehow he knew what I wanted, but the laugh we had really made my day. I walked out feeling really good.
