Late as usual half the time drivers don’t even come to the stop just so they can have a longer break on that roundabout on just the edge of the Kingsbrook estate, should just hand over the bus route to redline because clearly you guys don’t wanna attend at the correct times, making people late to work and kids who are trying to get to college/school isn’t fair on anyone from the Kingsbrook estate. Useless…

Bus drivers never arrive on time just been waiting for my bus says due, I go onto the tracker and matey boy as usual is taking a break on the Kingsbrook roundabout at the far back, getting sick of this just hand your post over to red line because you lot are clearly not capable of doing your jobs

At least wipe down the insides of the K1 service periodically. It's so dusty and dirty inside. Feels like travelling in a 3rd world country. But of course the ticket prices are on point for British public transport (i.e. expensive)

I use this bus company for school everyday and it is terrible the coaches are good but we haven’t had them for months now and the busses never have enough seats. We also have a grumpy old bus driver, before we left the school he got up to tell us something which most of the time is not to stand(even though there isn’t enough seats) and he couldn’t even stand up straight and he always slams on the breaks for no reason there is 1 or 2 good bus drivers but we haven’t had them since the coaches
